“Edua” is a shop and restaurant in the very heart of characteristic bazaar of Gjirokastra. The place is dedicated to Albanian food and typical traditional products, organic food, made in home in artisan way. Fresh ingredients and home made products are following the same recipes in centuries. E dua was opened in 2017, as part of national brand E DUA.
The aim of this restaurant and shop is to support and promote local food and local products, to preserve the tradition and biodiversity. We gather all the products from local farmers, beekeepers, and other artisans in the area. We bring a piece of tradition and history of our authentic area in your table.
E dua is part of Slow Food initiative and support the philosophy of good, tasty and healthy food.
