It was constructed in a basilic-style in 1757, according to the Codex of the Metropolis of Korça. On the west side of its shrine, there are three huts for the reception and accommodation of believers. Adjacent to the Church of Saint Nicholas is the church of Saint Trinity, which was erected in 2006. The Church of Saint Nicholas is surrounded by a yard with 7 cypress trees and a church bell.
