In the historical bazaar of Gjirokastra you will find a beautiful couple as Lizeta & Aurel Hatika. They have been working together as tailors for 20 years.

Their main aim was to keep alive the tradition and the history of this place so they started to sew traditional costumes of Gjirokastra using old methods and old elements.

The uniqueness of this costumes can make every person that is included in this experience to go back in time and to be part of Albanian history.

They are trying to recreate the oldest costumes by finding them in old albums of this period. The materials for the creation of this costumes such as thread and textiles come directly from Istanbul as many feudal families had used before in this town.
