In this trip you will have the opportunity to visit that famous Church  of Labova of the Cross, one of the most interesting monuments not only in the city of Libohova, but in all Gjirokastra region.
The church of Labova of the Cross is one of the oldest in Albania and once contained a sacred relic, believed to be part of the true gold cross of the Christ. The building is typically Byzantine, with a high central dome and unique painting and decoration!
Also, we will see the architecture of the church, which is largely a 13th century building from the time of Despotat of Epirus, though the initial foundation can go deep in the time of Jusinian Emperor, in the years 527-565.
In the end of this special visit, we will go in to the city of Libohova, with a lot of history and cultural attractions, such as the Castle of the City. We will stay for lunch time in Libohova and try the delicious traditional culinary. It will be such a perfect day to remember!
